Job Title: Technical Engineer

Job Summary:

The Army National Guard is seeking highly skilled Technical Engineers to join our team. As a Technical Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing plans and specifications for construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop technical plans and specifications for construction projects
  • Conduct site surveys and gather data to inform project planning
  • Collaborate with construction teams to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently
  • Use Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) software to create detailed drawings and maps
  • Conduct geodetic and construction surveys using Automated Integrated Survey Instruments and Global Positioning Survey Technology

Requirements:

  • Military enlistment in the Army National Guard
  • Must be at least a junior in high school, or have a high school diploma or a GED certificate
  • Must be between the ages of 17 and 35
  • Must be able to pass a physical exam and meet legal and moral standards
  • Must meet citizenship requirements
