About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher at The Original Pancake House. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Wash and sanitize all dishes, pots, and pans to ensure a clean and hygienic environment for our guests.
  • Segregate and remove trash and recyclables, and place them in designated containers to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Sweep and mop floors, wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and all other surface areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, and restock tools and supplies for the next shift to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Walk the floors and pick up any room service or bar trays to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Maintain temperature logs and keep the walk-in cooler and freezer organized to ensure food safety and quality.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.
