Job Summary

We are seeking a Server Assistant to join our team at Chili's Grill & Bar in Skokie, IL. As a key member of our Front of the House team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Requirements

To be successful as a Server Assistant, you must have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also be available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
