Care Ambassador

Tapestry Hospice & Palliative Care is a family-owned and operated organization, dedicated to providing compassionate care in North Georgia. As a leading provider of hospice services, we prioritize our patients' well-being and the comfort of their families.

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Care Ambassador/Patient Liaison Specialist. In this role, you will serve as a first point of contact for referral sources, patients, families, and the community, developing and maintaining relationships to ensure seamless transitions in care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing and marketing to physicians, community health facilities, and other potential referral sources
• Managing account territories and adding new accounts through strategic relationship-building

As a valued member of our team, you can expect:

• Competitive compensation packages with estimated salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
