Job Title: Morning Meteorologist

We are seeking a skilled Morning Meteorologist to join our team at Sinclair Broadcast Group. As a key member of our news department, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and engaging weather forecasts to our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Forecasting and presenting weather conditions for our morning news program
  • Developing and maintaining weather graphics and maps
  • Reporting live during severe weather events
  • Utilizing social media to disseminate weather information
  • Writing weather stories and articles
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Meteorology or a related field
  • Minimum two years of experience in weather presentation and reporting
  • Strong weather forecasting skills and ability to communicate complex weather information to the public
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
