Truck Driver Trainee Program

We are seeking entry-level truck drivers with a Class A CDL license to join our team. As a trainee, you will participate in a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the trucking industry.

Requirements
  • A valid Class A CDL license
  • A valid DOT medical card
  • Truck driving school completion certificate
  • Ability to pass all DOT-related tests and pre-employment screenings
  • Fairly clean MVR
Training Program

Our training program includes:

  • Brief phone interview to ensure qualification
  • Online application
  • Pre-employment screenings and background check
  • Orientation and training
  • Paid training with a trainer

After completing the training program, you will be dispatched out and begin driving solo as an experienced driver. You will also receive a pay raise and have the opportunity to choose from various divisions, including dry van, reefer, flatbed, and tanker.
