KPM, LLC is seeking a skilled Assistant Maintenance professional to join our team at our Nashville, TN property.

This is a full-time position with competitive compensation based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair residential HVAC systems, including air conditioning and multi-zone heating and cooling systems.
  • Efficiently prioritize and complete multiple work orders or service requests daily.
  • Perform preventative maintenance duties on HVAC units, including examining and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
  • Repair and replace interior plumbing fixtures, including sinks and toilets.
  • Perform electrical repairs and replacements, including light fixtures and related items.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Lead Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in multifamily maintenance or a related field.
  • HVAC and EPA certification.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Bilingual a plus, but not required.
  • Flexibility and dependability.
  • Team player.
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
  • Push, pull, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs, and reach above shoulders.
  • Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Work indoors/outdoors or in extreme weather conditions.
  • Work weekends and/or evenings on a rotating schedule.
