This is a full-time position with competitive compensation based on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair residential HVAC systems, including air conditioning and multi-zone heating and cooling systems.
- Efficiently prioritize and complete multiple work orders or service requests daily.
- Perform preventative maintenance duties on HVAC units, including examining and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Repair and replace interior plumbing fixtures, including sinks and toilets.
- Perform electrical repairs and replacements, including light fixtures and related items.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Lead Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.
- 1+ years of experience in multifamily maintenance or a related field.
- HVAC and EPA certification.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Customer service experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Bilingual a plus, but not required.
- Flexibility and dependability.
- Team player.
- Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
- Push, pull, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs, and reach above shoulders.
- Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Work indoors/outdoors or in extreme weather conditions.
- Work weekends and/or evenings on a rotating schedule.
