We are excited to announce an opportunity for two dedicated and qualified board-certified or board-eligible Neonatologists to become integral members of the Ochsner Neonatology Team. This role offers the chance to serve as either Medical Director or Associate Medical Director at a community Level III NICU.
Position Highlights:
- The NICU experiences approximately 1,133 deliveries annually and benefits from 24/7 in-house coverage by Nurse Practitioners.
- Participation in the Vermont Oxford Network is encouraged, along with eligibility for Ochsner system-wide neonatal quality improvement initiatives.
- This exceptional position comes with a competitive compensation package that reflects experience, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and a signing bonus.
The Northshore region is known for its appealing blend of affordable suburban living and an excellent educational system, with local schools achieving an average rating of 8/10, placing them in the top 30% of public schools in Louisiana.
