About the Role

Vinfen is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to oversee the clinical, financial, and administrative operations of a Group Living Environment (GLE) or Supported Independent Environment (SIE) program. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a helping environment in the residence, upholding Vinfen and DMH policies, supervising staff, and coordinating clinical services within the program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the program, ensuring compliance with Vinfen and DMH policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and support a team of staff members, providing guidance and coaching to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Coordinate clinical services, including medication management, therapy, and case management.
  • Develop and implement program goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with Vinfen's mission and values.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field.
  • Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) credential preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in progressively responsible human services functions.
  • Management experience preferred.
  • Experience working with people with psychiatric disability and/or co-occurring disorders required.
  • Must have access to an operational and insured vehicle and be willing to use it to transport clients.
