Key Responsibilities- Electrical System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, including substations, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and support to assigned employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Quality Control: Supervise and monitor the quality of work performed by service providers and ensure that all work meets the required standards.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational deviations and malfunctions in a timely and effective manner.
- Commissioning and Testing: Accompany acceptance tests and carry out commissioning of new electrical systems to ensure they are functioning correctly.
- Customer Service: Handle customer complaints and participate in on-call duty to provide prompt and effective support.
- Education: Completion of vocational training as an electrician, energy electronics technician, or equivalent.
- Experience: Relevant professional experience in network operation, ideally with a 30-kV or 110-kV switching authorization.
- Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a high level of personal responsibility and a passion for electrical engineering and mechanics.
