About EMS

EMS has been providing community-based mental health services since 2005. We are seeking a dedicated clinical supervisor to join our team in Texas. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of counselors, supervising client care, and ensuring billable hours are achieved.

Job Summary

This part-time position offers a competitive salary of $30-$35/hour, with flexible hours. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in staff supervision, program compliance, and development. Main ResponsibilitiesKey Tasks
  1. Supervise a team of counselors and ensure quality client care
  2. Manage service authorization requests and resolve any issues that may arise
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective service delivery
  4. Provide training and development opportunities for staff members
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Licensed as an LPC or LCSW in Texas
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
