Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist responsible for delivering patient care, developing treatment plans, conducting evaluations, providing home care instructions, and ensuring compliance to achieve anticipated outcomes. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate medical records, fostering excellent patient participation, and communicating effectively with colleagues and referring physicians.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy program;
  • A PT license or in progress as new graduates are welcome;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster adherence to the prescribed plan of care;
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Comfortable using technology for medical record-keeping.

We maintain a safe and productive work environment through pre-screening processes, including baseline drug and background screenings.

Work Environment

This is an outpatient position in a private practice setting with a 10-hour shift, Monday to Friday. You will have access to Prompt EMR Software and will be required to hold a valid Physical Therapy License.
