Job Overview

Position: Home Health Aide

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in utilizing company-provided technology for remote consultations.
  • Travel to clients' residences within the designated service area on a daily basis.
  • Act as a communication bridge between healthcare providers and clients.
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to cover additional shifts as necessary.
  • Oversee and maintain inventory of medical equipment and supplies.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
  • Certification as a Home Health Aide or equivalent experience is mandatory.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is preferred.
  • Comfortable working in home environments.
  • Willingness to travel daily within the assigned service area.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team member, demonstrating flexibility and readiness to assist when needed.
  • Strong assessment capabilities and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
