BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Northumberland, PA.

We are looking for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to provide home health visits to clients in the Northumberland area. As a Speech Language Pathologist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
• Educate and instruct patients, family members, or caregivers on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.
• Accurately document client care management and services provided.

• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in PA.
• Certificate of clinical competence in speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association or equivalent education and experience.
• Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
