Job Summary

We offer a competitive salary of $12 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth. Our ideal candidate is a caring and dependable individual with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, able to provide high-quality resident care during their shifts as a member of the caregiving team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including medication management, hygiene, and meal times.
  • Coordinate with providers and family members to ensure residents' specific needs are met.
  • Participate in special projects to improve the community and take initiative on new ideas.
Requirements
  • Caring and compassionate attitude towards seniors.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of previous caregiving experience.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to pass a state-mandated background check and finger print clearance.
  • American Heart Association BLS (CPR) certification, or willingness to obtain prior to starting work.
