Independent Optometrist

We are seeking an Independent Optometrist to lease space in our Walmart stores and provide high-quality eye and vision care services to our customers. As an independent lease holder, you will have the autonomy to establish your own practice, including setting your days of practice, hours of operation, patient schedule, and fee schedule.

• Provide comprehensive eye and vision care services to patients, including eye exams, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Establish and maintain a professional and welcoming practice environment.
• Manage your own patient schedule and fee schedule.
• Have access to equipment and instrumentation, as well as administrative and/or Opt-Tech support services (if state allows).

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school.
• Valid state optometry license.
• General Liability Certificate.
• Professional Liability Insurance Certificate.
• W-9.
