Job Summary

Diversified Maintenance is seeking a skilled Porter to join our team. As a Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Restock restroom supplies, including hand towels, toilet tissue, and hand soap, as needed.
• Perform spot cleaning of restrooms, including floors, walls, partitions, toilets, urinals, lavatories, mirrors, and dispensing equipment.
• Police break areas, exterior grounds, and parking decks to ensure a safe and clean environment.
• Return all cleaning supplies to the janitor closet, refill items as needed, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
