Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pit Technician to join our team at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers. As a Pit Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting and lubricating vehicles in a quick and efficient manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify areas that require lubrication and maintenance
  • Perform lubrication services using hand or compressed air powered grease guns
  • Inspect fluid levels of rear differential and rear axle housings
  • Identify and recommend additional repairs or services as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company safety standards
Requirements
  • Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is desired but not required
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background screen
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused attitude with ability to work well in a team environment
Physical Demands
  • Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and bending
  • Exerting lbs of force occasionally and/or lbs of force frequently and/or greater than 10 lbs of force constantly to move objects
  • Working at a production rate pace, pushing and/or pulling materials
