Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the success of our Analytics products from conception to launch and beyond. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with business and development teams to deliver and grow state-of-the-art product offerings and next-generation analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy and Roadmaps: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and goals. Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, outlining milestones and timelines for product development.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and launches. Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members to drive efficiency and innovation.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape. Analyze customer feedback, behavior, and market data to make informed decisions and adjustments to product strategies.
  • Product Development: Lead the product development process from ideation to release, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery. Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business priorities.
  • User Experience and Design: Work closely with the design team to create user-centric and intuitive product experiences. Advocate for the importance of user experience and usability in product development.
  • Metrics and Performance: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of product launches. Analyze product performance data to make data-driven decisions and optimize product features.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements. Communicate product updates and roadmap progress to stakeholders, including executives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
  • MBA is a plus.
  • 6+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
  • Prior experience launching new products, Cloud-based and/or SaaS products and/or data analytics and business intelligence experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ambitious thought leader that will continue to advance the Analytics solution product line.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The starting salary is anticipated between $120,000 and $140,000 to start and will be commensurate with experience.
