We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at MultiCare Health System. As a Registered Nurse in our ED, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
About the Role:- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Emergency Department, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS).
- Minimum of 1 year of Emergency nursing experience.
- Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred.
