Lead Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data pipelines using cloud-based database solutions like Salesforce Data Cloud, AWS, Azure, Google, and SAP DWC/Datasphere.
  • Develop and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines using data visualization tools like Tableau, SAC, Power BI.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to design and implement data models, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Lead the development of data-driven initiatives, including data governance, data security, and data compliance.
  • Work closely with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of data pipelines.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of relational database concepts and data modeling best practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce Data/Object model and cloud-based database solutions.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and ETL/ELT data pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance.
