Job Title: Truck Captain - Junk Removal Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe and efficient removal of junk and debris from our clients' properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a junk truck safely and efficiently, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Provide accurate and transparent estimates to clients, ensuring 110% satisfaction.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating the core values of College Hunks Hauling Junk: Honest, Uniformed, Nice, Knowledgeable, and Service-oriented.
  • Train new hires on day-to-day operations and core values.
  • Complete daily checklists and prevent careless and costly mistakes.
  • Regularly check in with direct supervisor for additional assignments and guidance.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Benefits:
  • Earn $15-$20 per hour.
  • Opportunity to advance to Team Captain for more responsibility and compensation.
  • Weekly pay.
