Job Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Assembly Line Technician to join our team at our Sebring, Florida Cylinder Refurbishing Plant location.


The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities


  • Assemble and inspect propane cylinders to ensure quality and safety standards
  • Operate machinery and equipment to perform tasks efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
  • Participate in quality control and safety initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements


  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to lift approximately 40 pounds
  • Ability to work in varying hot/cold conditions
  • Desire to succeed in a team environment
  • Prior plant/manufacturing experience is a plus
