Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee gutter and roofing installation projects, ensuring adherence to specifications and safety standards.
  • Recruit, train, and manage installation crews, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure quality standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the installation process, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage project schedules, track client interactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Oversee payment collections from clients, ensure timely invoicing, and follow up on overdue payments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a project management role within the construction or home improvement industry, specifically with gutters and roofing.
  • Proven experience in recruiting and managing installation teams.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and ability to utilize them effectively for project and client management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation:

  • $80,000 - $100,000 per year
