Job Description
As a Patient Registration Representative at R1 RCM Inc., you will work to help our patients check into the hospital. You will be responsible for collecting information accurately and quickly, while also listening with compassion to address their fears, concerns, and questions.
You will work in a fast-paced environment, often on your feet assisting patients complete their registration. You must be able to work quickly and expect the unexpected.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service experience
Salary
The base pay range for this US-based position is $14.69 - $20.28 per hour.
