About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Great Wolf Resorts. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment by washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
  • Assist chefs in maintaining stock levels and ensuring all cooking and serving utensils are clean and sanitary.
  • Organize and run dishes and utensils through the dishwasher, unloading and organizing per set guidelines.
  • Ensure a safe and clean work area by following sanitation standards and procedures.
  • Provide food and utensils for chefs by carrying pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stoves, and refrigerators.
  • Maintain food quality by storing foods in designated areas and minimizing spoilage.
  • Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, and performing preventative maintenance.
  • Maintain appropriate levels of needed dishes and utensils, segregating and removing waste according to company standards.
Requirements
  • Some High School education or equivalent.
  • Must be flexible regarding scheduling based on business demands, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.
