About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Special Procedures Tech to join our team. Under the direction of the Radiology Director and Radiology Operations Supervisor, the successful candidate will perform duties directly involved with a variety of Special Procedure and Surgical imaging procedures applying ionizing radiation for the purpose of detecting pathology.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, making recommendations on policies and procedures in accordance with all regulatory bodies, and regulating the equipment used to expose the x-ray film. They will also develop and organize films, operate equipment safely, and maintain ALARA standards while performing all types of procedures within the scope of the ARRT.

The successful candidate will establish and maintain a good rapport and professional relationship with fellow employees, other departments, and medical staff.
