Caregiver for Adults with Disabilities

Kittitas Interactive Management is seeking a Support and Recovery Advocate to join our team on a part-time weekend shift. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in achieving their goals and living independently.

The Support and Recovery Advocate will provide in-home living support to clients, promoting their personal growth and helping them follow their treatment plans. You will be responsible for supervising daily activities, transporting clients to appointments, completing reports and data sheets, and coordinating individualized programs.

We are looking for someone with intermediate experience in supporting living, preferably with individuals with developmental or otherwise disabled adults. A high school graduate or equivalent is required, along with a valid driver's license or state ID, and the ability to communicate effectively.

• Supervise clients' daily activities and ensure their health and safety.
• Transport clients to appointments and arrange transportation services as needed.
• Complete forms, reports, and data sheets for caseloads.
• Coordinate individualized programs and document activities thoroughly.
• Help clients manage their finances and administer medications, if applicable.

• High school graduate or equivalent (required)

• Competitive hourly rate of $20.50 - $21.50 per hour
