Mirror Lake Recovery Center is a leading provider of behavioral healthcare services. We are seeking an experienced Transformational Chief Executive Officer to lead our team and assume operational responsibility for the center.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing a culture that emphasizes high-quality care and patient safety. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, staff, and key performance areas such as effective patient care outcomes, fiscal management, licensure, accreditation, and regulatory compliance.

We are looking for a visionary leader with excellent people skills, strong organizational abilities, and experience in turning around organizations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field, and a Master's degree is preferred.

As the CEO, you will create and maintain a network of local constituency groups, including government agencies, local businesses, and health providers. You will also ensure participation of staff in facility-wide in-service and continuing education programs, recruit allied health professionals, and effectively work with corporate contracting teams.

You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and knowledge of state and federal laws governing mental health and addiction treatment services. A transformational leader with hospital administrator experience or similar leadership position is highly desirable.
