Compensation Package

Vivvi offers competitive compensation ranging from $25 to $30 per hour, depending on education level and experience. This ensures our caregivers earn a fair wage for their expertise.

Job Description: In-Home Backup Caregiver

In this role, you'll work with various families on an as-needed basis, providing urgent backup care. You can choose a schedule that suits your needs, working between 7am and 6pm, Monday through Friday. Apply if you:

  • Have extensive professional childcare experience
  • Are comfortable caring for infants and children of all ages in home environments
  • Adapt easily to diverse family dynamics and situations
  • Prioritize hands-on activities and imagination over screen time for a positive child experience
  • Are well-versed in child development and caregiving best practices

To be successful, you must travel to assigned locations (private family homes) and be legally authorized to work in the US. Physical demands include sitting, standing, bending, and frequently lifting children weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted.
