Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and direction to housekeeping staff, ensuring that they have the necessary training and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop housekeeping staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to maintain our facilities.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Assist in the development and management of the Environmental Services budget, ensuring that we are operating within our means.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Three years of housekeeping experience, with a minimum of three years of progressive management experience.
  • Skills: Effective interpersonal skills, demonstrated knowledge of all areas of the position, and ability to lead personnel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Working Conditions
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to frequently move, lift, or carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds, 20% of the time.
