Aveanna Healthcare Private Duty Nurse - LVN/LPN

As a Private Duty Nurse with Aveanna Healthcare, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, personalized care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. Our nurses work closely with patients and their families to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet their unique needs and goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop comprehensive care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on health promotion and disease prevention
  • Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
  • Active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or BLS
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
  • At least 6 months of prior hands-on nursing experience
  • Reliable transportation
