As a member of our Behavioral Care Team, you'll be integral to our vision of making healthcare better for everyone. You'll work collaboratively with external providers to form excellent provider-patient alliances and coordinate care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders
- Provide treatment for a variety of mental health conditions using evidence-based methods
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records and clinical documentation
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
- Clear, active, and unrestricted license (LCSW or LCMHC) in the state of North Carolina
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional social work/clinical experience post Master's degree
- LCAS licensure or ability to obtain
- Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
