As a member of our Behavioral Care Team, you'll be integral to our vision of making healthcare better for everyone. You'll work collaboratively with external providers to form excellent provider-patient alliances and coordinate care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders
  • Provide treatment for a variety of mental health conditions using evidence-based methods
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records and clinical documentation

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
  • Clear, active, and unrestricted license (LCSW or LCMHC) in the state of North Carolina

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of professional social work/clinical experience post Master's degree
  • LCAS licensure or ability to obtain
  • Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
