AM Server

At Olio Italian, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused AM Server to join our team. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
• Manage tables effectively, ensuring timely service and minimizing wait times.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
• Upsell and promote our menu items, wine, and other beverages to increase sales and revenue.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain up-to-date with our menu, policies, and procedures.

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tables and priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, and other beverages, with the ability to make recommendations and promote our offerings.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 45 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently in a dynamic environment.
