Job Summary

We are seeking a highly technical and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist with excellent communication skills to test internal and external applications across several projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Participate in project and backlog reviews to identify and prioritize testing needs.
  • Design and maintain a prioritization of known defects with input from Development and Product Management.
  • Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing to ensure software meets requirements.
  • Work with engineering to develop effective strategies and test plans.
  • Evaluate product code according to specifications and create logs to document testing phases and defects.
  • Report bugs and errors to development teams and help troubleshoot issues.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a QA tester or similar role with a strong understanding of QA methodology.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of test management software and good SQL querying skills.
  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors with a strong organizational skillset.
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.
