Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process month-end journal entries.
  • Review and reconcile general ledger accounts.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
  • Generate monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations for all bank accounts.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Ensure accurate and timely intercompany reconciliations.
  • Manage customer invoicing and payment processing.
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Assist in resolving billing issues and discrepancies.
  • Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all payables and related transactions.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Prepare and send out customer invoices in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all invoicing is accurate and reflects the agreed-upon terms.
  • Prepare intermonth financial statements and analysis as needed.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide financial insights to support management decision-making.
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee benefit administration.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Support recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with HR tasks is a plus.
