Job Summary

SERVPRO of Austin & Albert Lea/Mason City is seeking a skilled Restoration Operator to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will play a vital role in restoring properties to their pre-loss condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare work areas and set up equipment for each project.
  • Communicate effectively with management and other operators to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Perform production processes as directed by management.
  • Conduct end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup and breakdown, leaving the job site clean and orderly.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license.
Skills and Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and navigate tight spaces.
  • Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
  • Ability to work with and around cleaning agents.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check, subject to applicable law.
