Key Responsibilities:
As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, the CNA will be responsible for providing essential daily nursing care to assigned patients, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and Westview standards. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Delivering direct patient care (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
  • Currently registered/licensed in the applicable State, with an active license in good standing throughout employment.
  • One (1) year of skilled nursing experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation, with the requirement to maintain current certification throughout employment.

Specific Job Expectations:
In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Make independent decisions when necessary.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients.
  • Communicate effectively and work productively within an interdisciplinary team.
  • Maintain professional relationships with all associates and vendors.
