About the Role

As a key member of our plasma collection team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our plasma donation centers. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas, supporting the Center Manager and management team in achieving center production and cost goals while maintaining compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the selection of new team members and management within the center and train staff
  • Foster teamwork and provide feedback on performance, including initiating disciplinary action
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and company-specific rules, regulations, and practices related to quality, safety of products, donors, and employees, and proper performance of daily activities
  • Participate in the correction and prevention of audit findings and prepare routine reports to keep management informed of operational needs
  • Work in different production roles on the donor floor and provide customer service

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree desired
  • Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in a regulated industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to work weekends, extended work periods, and occasionally travel
  • Valid and current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) certification
  • Ability to be mobile for an entire work shift
  • Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, leaning, reaching above shoulders, and below knees, and lifting to 50 lbs
  • Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance
  • Potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens

Compensation and Benefits

We understand that compensation is an important factor in your career decision. We are committed to equitable pay for all employees and strive to be transparent with our pay practices. The estimated salary range for this position is $54,800.00 - $74,800.00, and U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives.
