Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at Henry Ford Health System. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities
  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, including positioning and instructing them on how to hold their breath
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information, including medical history and test results
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
  • Current certification in Computed Tomography (CT) from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • 2 years of experience in CT imaging or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
