Homeless Teen Advocate

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to fill the position of Homeless Teen Advocate at Friends of Switchpoint Inc.

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of homeless teens aged 16-18. As a Homeless Teen Advocate, you will be responsible for providing life skills education and support to help our residents achieve self-sufficiency.

• Implement Switchpoint's mission and values while adhering to all policies and procedures.
• Assist with meal preparation, homework, and overseeing chores.
• Maintain detailed daily logs of teens' activities, incidents, and concerns.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong passion for serving youth, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently as part of a team. This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to providing exceptional care to our residents.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $36,000 - $41,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive wage, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, and dental coverage, paid time off, and up to 5% 401k match.
