Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and diagnose service complaints and issues related to commercial oil and gas burners, atmospheric and condensing boilers, and hot water and steam systems.
- Perform maintenance and start-ups, including combustion efficiency tests and adjustments.
- Install and replace burner controls, heating controls, pumps, and other equipment.
- Attend boiler inspections for the Department of Buildings and Con Edison.
- Assist with new installation wiring and provide service work tickets, material lists, and recommendations.
- Help other technicians as needed and maintain company vehicles and inventory.
- At least 57 years of experience in the field.
- EPA certification.
- Valid driver's license.
- Competitive salary range: $26.00-$38.00 per hour.
