JOB SUMMARY
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A) at Sunrise, you will play a crucial role in delivering direct care to residents, encompassing nursing and clinical assistance, personal care, nutritional support, and restorative services within our skilled nursing facilities and various community areas as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support a designated group of residents in alignment with the Sunrise Mission: To Champion Quality of Life for All Seniors.
  • Collaborate with licensed nursing staff to design, implement, and manage personalized restorative therapy programs.
  • Maintain accurate Restorative Records for each resident.
  • Assist in the upkeep of adaptive and medical equipment, ensuring cleanliness and accessibility.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant license in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant is preferred.
  • A genuine desire to serve and care for seniors is essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective documentation.
  • Competent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Exhibit sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to meet the needs of our residents.
