Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a school-based role. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with students to enhance their communication skills, helping them thrive academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
  • Provide direct therapy to students with a variety of speech and language disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support students' communication goals within the classroom environment.
  • Track and document student progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure effective outcomes.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert input and recommendations for student support.
  • Offer guidance and training to staff and families on strategies to support speech and language development.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
