At Sugar Maple Health, we are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in an outpatient setting.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in an outpatient setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assisting with therapy sessions, and contributing to the development of comprehensive treatment plans.
Responsibilities:
• Assist licensed therapists with patient evaluations, treatments, and progress assessments
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
• Provide exceptional patient care and education on proper techniques for injury prevention and management
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient interactions and progress
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Completion of a Physical Therapist Assistant program accredited by CAPTE
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in good standing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
