The Position

We are seeking self-directed, independent contractors who possess excellent communication skills, computer proficiency, and a commitment to meeting client quality and timeliness standards. As a Risk Control Inspector, you will work from your own home or office, servicing onsite survey/inspection assignments in the Bremerton area and other locations within approximately 45 miles.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and conduct on-site surveys and inspections of commercial properties
  • Provide risk control reports to insurance industry clients, including recommendations to control and/or correct potential loss-producing conditions
  • Manage assignments, successfully secure customer appointments, and complete work assignments on time
  • Evaluate businesses to identify hazards and improve safety, mitigating risk for our insurance company clients

Requirements

  • Reliable vehicle
  • Measuring device (laser, 100 ft. tape, or measuring wheel)
