Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at ByVerTek in Boca Raton, FL. As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in assisting with various day-to-day functions of the HR department, including job postings, recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with job postings, coordinating the interview process, offer letters, background checks, and maintaining records.
- Onboard employees and contractors, including new hire forms, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating required trainings.
- Assist in benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, terminations, and bill reconciliations, FMLA, leaves, and open enrollment activities.
- Act as the first point of contact for the HR department, answering inquiries accurately and timely or referring matters to the appropriate staff as needed.
- Schedule meetings or interviews as requested by the VP of Human Resources; scan and email documents, and perform other clerical functions as required.

Requirements:
- Minimum two (2) years' experience as an HR Specialist, Generalist, or Coordinator.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and customer service skills, and strong organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS 365 and working knowledge with HRIS and ATS systems.
- Working understanding of human resources principles, systems, practices, and procedures, and SHRM membership and PHR/SPHR certification is an asset.

Work Environment:
This is a full-time position that requires 100% on-site work in Boca Raton, FL. The successful candidate must be able to commute daily from the local area.

Salary Information:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000-$65,000, depending on experience.
