About the JobThis is a salaried position with an estimated annual salary of $60,000-$80,000, depending on experience. As a senior retail leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive store sales and profitability. You will also lead a team of associates, conduct performance appraisals, and provide ongoing feedback to ensure excellent client service and meet or exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily store operations and develop strategies to drive sales and profitability.
- Lead a team of associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client service.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in retail management, with 3-5 years of experience managing a high-volume setting. You must also have excellent client management skills, flexible availability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Adherence to Sephora's dress code and policies is required.
