The Ambulatory Care Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering thorough nursing care to patients in an outpatient setting, addressing their unique physical, emotional, and spiritual needs while implementing suitable care strategies throughout their life stages. This role plays a vital part in care coordination by utilizing the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all facets of patient care and educational requirements through direct interactions and telehealth communications.
Collaboration and Compliance
This position involves working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulatory guidelines, thereby supporting clinicians in providing high-quality healthcare services. Actions taken will embody the organization's core values.
Sign-on Bonus
Eligible candidates may receive a $3,750 sign-on bonus, in addition to an attractive benefits and compensation package that commences on the first day of employment.
Essential Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
- Licensure in all states where care is provided upon hire.
- A minimum of 18 months of professional nursing experience.
