Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience:
• Greet each customer with a smile and engage them in conversation to understand their needs and preferences.
• Assist customers in the fitting room and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that products are displayed in an attractive and easy-to-shop manner.
Operations and Loss Prevention:
• Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.
• React quickly to customer and associate injuries, reporting incidents to management immediately.
Visual Merchandising:
• Implement visual merchandising standards to create an engaging and immersive shopping experience.
• Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to design and implement in-store displays and promotions.
Job Requirements:
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Comfortable approaching and initiating conversations with customers to build relationships and drive sales.
Essential Functions:
• Operate office equipment and technology, including cash registers, computers, and phones.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, walk, and move to assist customers and retrieve merchandise.
• Lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to push and pull full racks of merchandise for restocking and maintaining store cleanliness.
Pay and Benefits:
Compensation Range:
$11.00 (or minimum wage) - $15.00 / hour for all states except New York and Colorado, the compensation is $15.50/hour.
